Optimist Youth Football is excited to launch its inaugural Girls High School Flag Football League a groundbreaking 7‑on‑7 program that aligns with the rapid growth of women’s flag football opportunities at the collegiate level.

 

This league is designed to support the athletic development of high school aged players and to help prepare interested athletes for the next level of competition. As more colleges and universities across the country add Flag 7s to their athletic programs, our league offers a local pathway to build skills, gain game experience, and showcase talent in a structured, supportive environment.

 

Season Schedule (Aug 3, 2026 – Sep 17, 2026): Games will be played on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
