Description
This 5 on 5 program, known as Girls Flag 5s, is the same sport that will be introduced in the Olympics in 2028. Girls will learn the fundamentals of football. This is one of the most exciting developments since Optimist Youth Football was born in the Treasure Valley more than 75 years ago. Optimist Youth Football is in association with Treasure Valley Women's Flag Football (TVWF)
